Policy



Photo Use

The use of photos from our photographers and clients for commercial use is prohibited unless authorized by the owner of the company AND the photographer. These sessions are provided exclusively for Design by C Boutique.

Payment

All payments are due at the time of receipt. Because all orders are made to order (unless specifically stated in the listing) you will have 24 hours to cancel the order for a full refund.

 PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing for all items is 2 weeks unless marked as ready to ship ,which case they will ship out within 3 business days with.

RUSH PROCESSING FEE - Processing time is 7 business days, and covers the cost of the seamstress/crafter to complete the item(s) early. Shipping costs are in addition to the rush processing fee.

Shipping

All orders are shipped in the Domestic US are sent via usps priority mail and take 2-3 days to arrive. International packages are sent via usps first class mail and take 6-14 days to arrive. 

PLEASE NOTE** If you are ordering RTS (ready to ship) AND Standard or rush processing items in the same order, all items will ship together when the made to order gowns are complete unless requested otherwise. Additional shipping charges may apply if you choose to have RTS items shipped separately. Please contact us with any questions.

EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE - express shipping is an add on to cover the remaining cost to express the package to you. This is In addition to the shipping cost in your cart. US orders are shipped via usps express and take 1-2 days to arrive. International orders are sent via DHL and take 1-3 days to arrive. 

For international orders: 
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. **When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.**

Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchange Policy:

    If you wish to return or exchange your gown, I must be contacted within 3 business days of delivery to receive a return authorization number specific to your order. OUR FORM MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR ITEM OR IT CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED! (items sent without the form will be sent back to the client) Once the return authorization number is issued, we must receive the return tracking number within 2 business days.

   To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with no stains or alterations. Be mindful of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and strong smells as these qualify as damage to the gown.

   RETURNS:  If you wish to return your item, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the item total, this includes Ready to Ship items as well. The remaining balance will be sent back via the same method of payment used when ordering. The client is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping and rush services are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange, no restocking fee will be assessed.

   EXCHANGES: Clients are responsible for the shipping cost to return the gown to us. We allow one exchange per order with no additional processing fees and a 7 business day processing time. We  will cover the shipping cost back to you on your first exchange as a courtesy. Additional exchanges are subject to our standard processing time of 2 weeks unless the rush processing fee is purchased. Return shipping costs will be invoiced for additional exchanges based on the weight of the items (sent priority mail). If you need faster shipping/processing, please let us know in advance (Additional fees may apply). If the client chooses a gown that is cheaper than their original gown, the difference will be refunded via their original payment method.

    QUALITY ISSUES:  If you receive the gown and there is an issue with quality (I.e. Spots in the fabric or other physical damage) missed in our quality inspection you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for it to be exchanged or returned - otherwise we can not prove the damage was done prior to shipment. Please look over your items!  If there is a problem with the gown due to our mistake, we are happy to cover the shipping cost back to our warehouse and work with you to resolve the problem.

    If the gown has been altered in any way outside of our standard pattern - i.e. cut to length, mixed color combinations,  Plus Size XXL+, custom alterations, etc. it is NOT exchangeable or returnable - NO Exceptions. Please contact us with additional questions/concerns.

    DISCOUNTED/DAMAGED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE -- Items include any that were marked down for damage done in the manufacturing process. Items that were on sale and purchased only with the sale discount are subject to our regular return/exchange policies.

Items which purchased with coupon code are not returnable!

 

      LATE PACKAGES: If your package does not arrive on time DUE TO OUR ERROR (i.e. it shipped late, or incorrect shipping method), I will refund your purchase after the items are sent back, received in my store, ad inspected. If the item is lost by usps (NO DELIVERED STATUS) and is not delivered after 7 days of opening a case with usps, we will refund the purchase and continue the investigation. If the package is showing delivered and the address was correct, and you do not have your item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact usps to file a claim. Please keep in mind that once the packages are dropped at the post office, they are out of my hands, please plan ahead!
